Second place at the “Marrone d’Oro” competition, First place at the Verona Provincial Cold Cuisine Competition, Bronze medal at the “International d’Italia” Hot Cuisine Competition in Carrara with the Verona Team, Silver medal (70.5/80 points) at the “International d’Italia” Hot Cuisine Competition in Carrara as an individual competitor, First place at the “Montegrande” competition as the best under-30 chef in Veneto.
In 2007, he was selected as a chef for the Italian Junior Chefs National Team, passing rigorous selections and later securing first place at the Verona Provincial “Chicco d’Oro” Competition for the best risotto. In 2008, he was awarded Best Commis at the Italian selections for the “Bocuse d’Or” and won the Silver Medal at the “Olympiade der Köche” with the Italian Junior Chefs National Team. In 2010, he also earned Silver and Bronze Medals at the “Culinary World Cup” with the Italian Junior Chefs National Team.
